How does payment work?
20% deposit confirms your order (NCB bank transfer or secure payment link). The balance is due on delivery and can be paid by cash or credit card.

Our cutoff is 3:30pm. Orders confirmed by then are prioritized for next-day delivery where possible.
Which delivery services do you use?
We work with established services such as Doorway and Tara. Delivery timing can vary based on courier routes and schedules.
